Hospice of Harnett County, Inc. is a unique non-profit community based organization dedicated to providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support for terminally ill patients and their families.  Hospice affirms life and exists to help our patients live as comfortably and fully as possible in the time that remains.  Hospice is a community of caring persons helping the dying to live until they die and helping families to live on.  Hospice is not death with dignity - rather life with dignity.

 

Our goal is to support the family in providing compassionate family centered care.

Hospice of Harnett County earned the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) National Quality Approval Gold Seal.

 

Hospice of Harnett County was the 1st Hospice in the State of North Carolina to be Medicare Certified within one year after Licensure.

 

Choosing a accredited hospice provider is one of the most important decisions you can make.

 

 

You have found an accredited program. Hospice of Harnett County is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).  JCAHO requires the highest standards in order to complete their accreditation process.  Not only Hospice of Harnett County is accredited but it has also received accreditation with a commendation from JCAHO.
